简介：Jun-ho and Gwang-il are neighborhood punks who receive protection money from local bars. They tread over territory lines and take money from an area ruled by the Sang-pil faction. The leader of the Sang-pil faction believes that the Il-do faction committed the trespass. Il-do is paid an unpleasant visit. Il-do is now after Jun-ho and Gwang-il. But when they realize that Jun-ho is the brother of the late Jun-tae, a mid ranking member of the Sang-pil faction, they decide to use the two as scapegoats. They enlist the two men into their organization. The two cause trouble again when they are arrested for disturbance at a local bar. But Il-do gets them out, and puts the bar under his territory.
